Who We Are

Our PSA was generously produced by MetroEast Community Media.

 

El Programa Hispano Católico provides a wide array of social services to low-income Latinos in the Portland metro area.
A cornerstone of the community since 1982, our Mission is three-fold:

  • to increase self-sufficiency within the Latino community
  • to empower individuals to achieve a better quality of life
  • to promote mutual understanding and respect among cultures
