Our annual Back-to-School event provides over 300 students and their families with essential school supplies such as backpacks, notebooks, pencils, nutritious food and basic outfits to support them as they start the new school year. At the event, we offer culturally-specific food, resource tables, and cultural activities. Event participation is offered to El Programa participants currently under case management, but we accept external referrals from partner organizations who have families that could benefit from these services. Please email communications@elprograma.org if you would like to refer a family to attend this event.
Are you a business owner interested in promoting your products or services to the Latine community? We offer free raffle tickets at the event as a way to incentivize participants to visit resource tables and walk away with important resources and information.

The best way to support the event is to provide supplies that can be given directly to students and their families.
