SOAR Immigration Legal Services

Hood River office and Portland office work as one. ICS is a nonprofit law firm for immigrants in Oregon and Southwest Washington. ICS also currently provides both limited and full-scope representation to children housed in three detention centers in the Portland, Oregon.
