El Programa Hispano invites you to visit the Multnomah County mobile Community Health van which offers high quality healthcare accessible to everyone in our community. Their medical group is dedicated to providing a variety of services with compassionate care in a comfortable setting on a walk-in basis.

These are some of the services:

• Limited on-site lab testing
• Limited prescription dispensing
• Limited Vaccines for adults, such as:
  • Hep A
  • Hep B
  • Tdap (Tetanus)
  • Flu
  • Pneumonia
